How do I Request a Quote?
In order for us to give you a quote, we'll first need to see your photo and you will have to tell us what you would like us to do to it. There are three ways that you can do this:
Quote Method 1 . . . email attachmentIf you have the photo on your computer, or can scan it onto your computer (at 300 pixels per inch or greater), just attach the file(s), along with detailed instruction of what you want done, to an email to me at either (or, better yet, both) of the addresses below:
Quote Method 2 . . . use the Form below.
If your picture is already in digital format on your computer, simply fill out the form below and attach your picture or pictures in the Browse bars at the end of the form.
Please double-check the spelling of your email address. If it is incorrect, we won't know how to reply to you.
When you fill out the "Your Instructions" section, please be as detailed as possible with what you would like us to do to your image. We'll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Important: It may take a while for the picture(s) to upload. Once you click on "Send", please do not leave the "Quote/Order" page until you get a message that the file was uploaded successfully, or the file may not upload properly. If you'll be a little patient, I'll be a little doctor.
Quote Method 3 . . . by regular U.S. Postal Service mail (snail-mail).
Just place your CD or photo in an envelope and mail it to us. If scanned onto a CD, please scan it at 300 pixels per inch or greater. It would also be a good idea to use cardboard or bubble-wrap for protection and to keep the envelope from being folded.
Please include detailed instructions of what you want us to do and also your email address so that we can reply quickly.

How do I Pay?
We do not require any deposit or pre-payment to do your restoration or enhancement; all work is done on good faith. You don't have to cough up the coins until the job is completely done and ready for shipment.
Upon approval of the proof image that we send you, we will email you an invoice via
PayPal is the largest and most trusted internet payment service and you can rest assured that any confidential information (i.e. credit card numbers) will remain with them and cannot be accessed by us or by any other vendor. You can pay through PayPal even if you don't have an account with them. If you are not a PayPal member, you will also be given an option to sign up for your own account with them, but that is completely up to you.
All you have to do is follow the bouncing ball on the invoice. When you complete the transaction, you will receive a receipt. Your photo or CD will be shipped within 3 working days.

What do I Get?
Included in your payment is your choice of one of the following:
...a CD with the restored/enhanced photograph.
...a photo (or photos) printed on a sheet of Epson Premium Photo Paper. You may choose from one of the following formats:
Standard Sizes
One 8 x 10

Two 5 x 7's

Two 4 x 6's
|
Two 31/2 x 5's
|
Extra CD's and/or photograph sheets are an additonal $3.00 each.
If you sent us the original photo or a CD, it will be returned with your shipment.
